and is available in a number of convenient dried forms. Botanical Name: Allium sativa L. Suggested Uses:

Substitute 3/4 tsp of minced garlic for each fresh garlic clove required by your recipe. May add directly to

food or rehydrate by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes.
