slightly plumper, but can be a good substitute for Rosa marina when necessary. Rosa marina and orzo

are generally considered to be the same pasta and both go well in main dishes, side dishes, soups,

or stews. This pasta may also be referred to as Rosamaria, Rosa Maria or Rosamarina.
